Clubilya is a registered Society since October 2004. Helmed by a group of professionals with experiences in youth and family services, law enforcement, rehabilitation and the judiciary system, Clubilya’s mission is to influence and empower all youths, regardless of ethnicity, religion and social background, to be socially responsible and to equip them with good values and life skills for them to eventually be economically independent and contribute their best to society.

The Management Committee as well as operations staff have had substantial experience and knowledge in social service and majority are still active professionally in the sector. Collectively and individually, they maintain an established base of network with other external agencies and organisations.
